Program completers advocate for, nurture, and sustain a creative and caring culture consistent with the mission of the organization and embracing equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Standard 3. Organizational Leadership and Management

Program completers cooperatively, comprehensively, and effectively manage people, resources, and ideas within their organizational context while embracing flexibility and adaptability.

Standard 4. Data-Informed Decision Making

Program completers assess organizational quality and make decisions to positively impact the organization, informed by sound data analysis and evidence, following accepted research methods and practices.
